Return Policy

The Return Process

Here at The Diecast Pub we honor a 30 DAY return policy. This will start on the day the item was shipped. We will take returns on defective products, unwanted unopened products, and damaged shipped goods. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at Store@thediecastpub.com. If you are needing to make a return we ask that you contact us at Store@thediecastpub.com. Please put the word “Return” and your order number in the subject line. We will contact you as soon as we can to start the return process.  We ask that you provide images if your product is either damaged or defective. If your goods were damaged during shipping, please provide pictures of the damaged box. The cost of shipping the goods back will need to be provided by you, and we recommend that you use a carrier that has tracking and insurance. If possible, please return the product back in its original packaging. When we have received the product we will begin the next step of the exchange/return process. We ask that you please allow 2 – 4 weeks for this process to be completed.  

Exchanges

If you are seeking to exchange a product for another please contact us at Store@thediecastpub.com.  If eligible, we can provide an exchange for a product of equal or lesser value. We will be unable to complete an exchange until we have received the product at our facility. You will need to provide the cost of shipping to return the product back to the facility. When we receive the product and if eligible we will process the exchange and ship the exchanged product back to you. You will NOT be charged shipping on an exchanged item that is sent back to you. Please allow 2 – 4 weeks for this process to be completed. 

Refunds

If you are seeking a refund for a product, please contact us at Store@thediecastpub.com. We will not provide a refund until we have received the returned product and confirm that it is eligible for a refund. Refunds can be provided to products that were purchased with a credit card or PayPal. We will be unable to provide a refund for the cost of the original and return postage of the package. When we have received the product at the facility we will begin the process of completing a refund. Please allow 2 – 4 weeks for this process to be completed. 

Damaged Goods

We apologize if your item was damaged by the shipper while it was on its way to you. If you received a damaged product, we ask that you contact us at Store@thediecastpub.com. We ask that in your E-mail that you include pictures of the damaged box and the damaged goods. We will be able to assist in the refund or exchange of the product for a non-damaged product. You will need to provide return shipping of the product, and we request you return it in the original packaging. A refund/exchange will not be provided until we have received the returned item. Please allow 2 -4 weeks for this process to be completed.

Unwanted, Unopened Goods

We understand that sometimes you do not want the item that you ordered. We only accept unwanted goods that are unopened. If you are seeking to do an exchange or receive a refund, Please contact us at Store@thediecastpub.com. We will contact you as soon as we can to begin the process. You will need to provide return shipping of the product, and you must return it in the original packaging. A refund/exchange will not be provided until we have received the returned item. Please allow 2 – 4 weeks for this process to be completed.

Defective Goods

Not everyone is perfect and defective goods are possible. If you were shipped a product that has a factory defect or another kind of defect, it is possible to do an exchange or refund. Please contact us at Store@thediecastpub.com. We will contact you as soon as we can to begin the process. You will need to provide return shipping of the product, and we request you return it in the original packaging. A refund/exchange will not be provided until we have received the returned item. Please allow 2 – 4 weeks for this process to be completed.
